    Stephen D. Lande, PhD, President

    SteveSteve Lande is President of Interactive Forums, Inc. and an expert in healthcare advisory research and educational program development. In 1997, Steve joined Interactive Forums whose clients have included pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, medical equipment, and consumer health companies, as well as academic institutions and foundations.

    Steve and his colleagues have developed advisory research and medical education programs in a broad spectrum of specialty areas including: addiction medicine, anesthesiology, cardiology, critical care, endocrinology, gastroenterology, gynecology, hematology, immunology, infectious disease, oncology, orthopedic surgery, neurology, pain management, pharmacology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, psychiatry, rheumatology, transfusion medicine, and urology. Those programs have focused primarily on clinical practice, clinical research, and market access issues.

    Between 1982 and 1999, Steve was in clinical practice as President of Biohealth Behavioral Health Centers, and Executive Director of the Philadelphia Pain Program. He serves as Founding President of the Greater Philadelphia Pain Society, and is former Chairperson of the Managed Care Committee of the American Pain Society. Steve received a PhD in Psychology from Boston University, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in behavior therapy and behavioral medicine at Eastern Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute, Temple University School of Medicine. He was previously a member of the clinical faculty at Temple University School of Medicine, Medical College of Pennsylvania, and University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

    Ryan Daufenbach, Executive Vice President

    RyanRyan brings 25 years of successful commercial leadership in life sciences to Interactive Forums. His unique experiences in biotech, small and large pharmaceutical organizations as well as medical device companies spans a variety of therapeutic categories.

    For the past several years, Ryan has worked in the pain care space, holding senior level positions at a pharmaceutical start-up, Egalet and prior to that at Teva. His responsibilities included developing strategic launch plans, building key opinion leader networks, overseeing lifecycle management strategies and completing due diligence assessments that led to the acquisition of three pain care products.

    Prior to working in pain, Ryan was at Ion Beam Applications (IBA) in charge of launching girentuximab, a novel radiolabeled antibody to identify renal cell carcinoma. Before IBA, Ryan held sales management and marketing positions of increasing responsibility at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth and Genetics Institute) in hemophilia, transplant, CNS and oncology. Ryan began his career at Baxter Healthcare in finance then transitioned to institutional sales. Ryan received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Texas Christian University.
