    Why don’t we run more virtual advisory boards (VABs) in place of in-person meetings? No doubt that in-person ad boards can provide great value, but with significant time and cost. For many of our pharma clients, budgets are tightly constrained and deadlines are constantly bearing down. And yet, VABs are often rejected due to concerns that advisors will be reading email instead of focusing on the meeting objectives.
